It can be seen on the Rest Of CD-case. This is what the New Order Discography is saying about it:
Q: Ok, picture the CD sitting normally in front of you then turn it 90 degrees to the right so the part that opens faces you. Look at the other end through the clear bit if your copy HAS a clear bit, and you should see..and this is what i'm asking about... RW 2:1 1995 written there... does anyone know what this means, or is it a mystery like everything else New Order? A: A lot of people believes the the cryptic message denotes the date Stephen and Gillian got married. Some copies have the text "19.6.93 [heart symbol] 17.7.94".

I have this on good authority that it is a TRIBUTE to one ROCKET MICK who during this time frame did not dust his collection due to his almost 13 months in a JOB!

Yeah,my copy of the cd (the one with a free BM mixes cd) has it,but the single disc i picked up on holiday in America doesn`t. No clue what it means though? May be something to do with release dates.
With reference to people getting married, didnt hooky marry caroline ahearne on the rupublic tour in america? maybe that could be the 93 date? then steve and gillian as previously mentioned for the '94 date?
or maybe the dates steve and gillian got engaged then married?
