Yes it's that time of the year, we need to find our which contribution on this forum has been the best of the year.

Somebody did this last year, it was a good idea, so here we go, the 2004 NOOL Awards

How does it work? You need to nominate someone or a thread so they will go into a poll by the end of the month. You can also suggest new categories.

So, here are a few categories:

1) Thread of the year

2) Funniest thread of the year

3) Message of the year

4) Funniest message of the year

5) Female member of the year

6) Male member of the year

7) Newbie of the year

8) Moderator of the year

9) Off topic king of the year

I won't push my luck and put "webmaster of the year" :evil4:

Obviously, everything must have happened in 2004, so the thread must be from 2004, so does the message, AND the newbie must have registered in 2004.

Thank goodness The Cure came out with a new album this year so everyone had a common object of hatred and scorn. Praise be that Depeche is getting down to business next. (P.S. anyone heard the new Erasure album? :p )

Allan, it couldn't be Trevor (SEC, Auburn) since even though he has submitted great work, he just hasn't faced as tough competition as Jeff or I have. The award would have to be up for grabs between Jeff (Big XII, OU) and me (Pac 10, USC). Logically, I would have to win such a battle.
