Well it seems like the Order are going festival mad this year.

Not sure about anyone else but I have never been a big fan of festivals. I got dragged along to Womad in 85 by my bro...If my memory serves me right it was a cracking set,but they came on very late and it was freezing. Call me selfish but I didnt like sharing my band with thousands of people. Give me Sheffield Roxy any day :thumb:

But times move on....

I've always preferred 'em indoors as well, with New Order fans at the front rather than Festival fans, but that's the way that it goes and what everyone knows!

Can you imagine how many of us we'll have out for these though? Especially the V Festivals - a cross-country convoy between the two sites. Marvellous!

Just as long as the weather holds out.

How long before we find out which day at which site? Quite a lot of organising needed!

Hope that's not the new DVD Shug - ten JD songs would be just a tad too many!

Where's the organising! Front right for New order's set. See you there! :thumb:

Fooked if I'm buying a two day ticket for both events when there's only one band I want to see! Soon as we know which day is which, then I can sort out transport etc.

Bastards! Stop getting excited. Had a serious conversation tonight with the Missus about going to UK this summer. Not looking good.

I'll be attending zero outdoor shows. Finsbury was the nearest I've ever got to a "festival experience" and it was pish. Mud, portaloos, camping (!!!!!), traffic jams, crap sound, bands playing in daylight....S.H.I.T.E. I'll do any UK and Europe indoor shows but you can keep the great outdoors. Need my creature comforts. I'm away back to bed. Grrrrrr.

I do believe me and Meg were the last to leave the boozer. Arrived during Regret. Such was my enthusiasm for standing about in a rainy park in London.
