I heard a rumour that New Order are playing the Electric Picnic in September. So far nothing has been confirmed and I haven't read it anywhere. I could all have been a dream but it is wasn't then I can't see NO doing both Oxegen & EP.

I hope they do Oxegen, it would be the only reason I would bother with the festival really. New Order again, I think I might just cry! :)

Another, much much smaller festival in Stradbally of all places.

No way in hell will they play EP over Oxegen. In fact, I doubt they'd play EP, at all.

Its a weirdy beardy festival, into holistic medicine and the like.

I didn't go to the Electric Picnic last year but by all accounts it will be different this year. 25,000 capacity this year and its a two day festival with camping. Line up will be a lot heavier - with more dance acts and bigger names. Personally I can't be doing with big festivals that require you to go back to basics like not washing for 25 hrs. Give me MOVE any day of the week....top festival and to witness NO there was a dream!!! Maybe MOVE this year too? :)
