Breast is easiely the best bit of the Turkey. I've always enjoyed the stuffing as well

Turkey? We do that on Thanksgiving....Ham is the animal of Christmas Day in my family....

for some years we have had a variety of main courses at our dinner table...ham, duck, turkey, goose, italian, but lately we have been have rib roast...yum yum yum :nod:

Anyone see the Channel 4 thing on extinct animals recently, and they did a special on the Dodo. Apparently, it had no breast meat at all, but all the meat was towards the back, and basically ARSE. Very dark, and VERY GREASY meat, apparently. Ugh.

Now, Ostrich, there's a bird you should savour. Yum.

I'm a vegetarian as well. I guess we could eat tofurkey, which is a turkey made out of tofu. But I hate tofu!!
