No, we got ours done in mid-February. How about you? Don't like to hassle with it this time of year. April is very busy. In fact, speaking of birthdays mine was on Monday. ![]()
Congratulations on both counts, LE. As has been my practice in recent years, I got an extension. But I didn't do that until about a half hour ago, and even doing it electronically takes a little bit of time. Now I have until August.
Thank you both. Birthdays come quicker every year.
Best of luck with the taxes, P. Those things can be draining.
I still have no idea what you guys are talking about.
Yes, reading about P getting an extension could make the mind wonder a little. ![]()
The government here gives a person about 2 1/2 months to file (February to mid-April). A person, however, such as P, is also able to get an extension on that time if need be. I think 6 months (Oct. 15) is typically the latest, though, before fines start to be implemented.
Thanks for wishing me luck with the taxes, LE. I won't think of the subject again until about August 10.
Absolutely.:D
I was listening to track #6 last night to see if I agreed with you about the good stretch and I wasn't sure I could tell precisely what you felt was the starting point.
I sort of liked a stretch of about 30 seconds starting in the 2:30 area.
4:18 to 4:32. Not much in the span of 5 minutes, but I really like the work there.
That 0:28 stretch in 10, in my opinion, is the best piece of the entire album.
It's hard to disagree with you about that stretch on 10. Actually, inspired by our discussion on this subject yesterday, I tried to make a track by track list of good stretches. I take it you already have that in your head?
A few. I like the stretch you pointed out in 3, and there are one or two in 7 that I can't think of right now. Ironically, most, if not all, are instrumental. Then again, the 4:33 "stretch" of 10 easily qualifies. Wish it was 5:33, though. ![]()
The instrumental stretches do generally seem to be the high points, well into the track. Like, ok, now it's time to let PH do his magic thing again.
You may or may not have noticed, T, that I commented earlier to DC that the only Revenge cd I ever owned I threw away...
Like, ok, now it's time to let PH do his magic thing again.
That's exactly how I see it.
Well, time to run (literally). I'll dial in this weekend and see if you're around.
Happy weekend, P.

Same to you, LE.
I'm not sure if I'll be here this weekend. See you Monday in any event.
