few NO questions

Hey,

Bit bored up here so i was just wondering a few things about the band.

• Does anybody in the band smoke?? (i think stephen does??)
• Does anybody in the band drink lager?
• Do they all live in posh area's in Manchester??
• Are they millionaires?

I want to know their blood types.

1.) I saw Hooky and Stephen smoke in an interview once. I never saw Barney smoking (he had to take the glass from his mouth then, so perhaps he doesn't :evil2: ). 2.) I think if you can afford to buy a yacht or if you collect tanks, there must at least be some money on your bank account... 3.) I think they do indeed live around Manchester. I remember sth. written like: Barney lives there and his boat is in Wales somewhere.

Barney never smoked.

Stephen smokes, and Hooky was having a krafty Marlboro menthol at Turnmills the other week. Bernard doesn't. Lager is a possibility, though I think fine wines are more the order of the day these days. They all live within 100 miles of Manchester, and they have all made sufficient money not to have to tour the States ever again if they don't want to!

See? They do love us!

Hooky did, back before Joy Division started to take off. Not sure about the rest of them-- it's too late for me and I'm too tired to remember that far back...

Bernard was a graphc artist for Cosgrove Hall Animations before joining the band. Ian was a Civil Servant in a big tower block in Manchester, you can't get much more 9-5!!!

The constant references to daily wages and occupations are now a bit of a theme with Bernard, and have been since his vision of what they were doing got soured by the demise of Factory, his distrust of the business side of the music indutsry, and the fact that making music when they feel like it is no longer the key driver, whereas in his mind it should still be.
