Due to the time zone issues, it's still about 5 hours for me 'til 2002, so this has relevance...

Here's my setup: homemade guacamole, back issues of the newspaper, and MP3s from computer speakers (already downloaded)...

It's not actually depressing. Maybe it's a fitting way to close out the year...

Sounds you all had a much more fun time than I... But my guacamole was exceptionally good (my secret recipe), and fresh guacamole may well beat a hockey match... who knows...

sarah, guacamole is a yummy mexican dip made with avocados, tomatoes, chillis, onion, lemon juice and olive oil(at least, that`s how i make it) all mushed up together..

I went to my girlfriends house. All her family came over from Luxembourg and I spent the evening drinking and trying to speak German.

A unique experience I can tell you.... :D

I go for lime juice and no oil, but you have to add cilantro. (Or maybe they don't sell cilantro in Ireland?)

all depends on your priorities there...I enjoy guacamole as much as the next Texan...but nothing beats a Stars game on New Year's ever for me...it's become quite the tradition...but leave out the tomatoes, please...
