I need to listen to all of them a few dozen more times before I cast my vote.

Pats, is that a total of a few dozen times for all Jetstream remixes combined or a few dozen times per remix before you make up your mind?

There are currently at least 10 versions available so that's a minimum of 360 listens.

I just need to check if my desk calendar goes beyond 2009 so I can mark down the anticipated date of your announcement.

Perhaps he's going to listen to them all at the same time?

Woolworths of Tooting came up with the goods.

Remix CD is excellent - their best set of mixes for a long time. Like all 4 of them on there pretty equally. Well worth the £3

Well, DC, I only have the four on CD2. So if we define "few" to include two, that would be 96 listens, I think?

It might not take that many of course.

The US Krafty CD plus this one is a big improvement over the average quality for GR remixes.

Bear in mind that this forum can be received in both Europe and the Former Colonies. In both jurisdictions, "a few" is legally defined as three or more.

Please edit your original post to say "a couple of dozen" if this is in fact the case.

Do you have a cite for the proposition that "few" is defined as "three or more"?

Now if I had said "several," that would be quite different.

H-M-V, H-M-V you are so good to me.

Went on the ten past eight bus just to make sure that i was the first in the queue when HMV BARNSLEY opened at 9 o'clock, sadly the only stampede was the ten thousand or so bulls that had escaped from the nearby abbatoir. Couldn't be arsed to look for it so asked the bird behind the counter, she just gave me a very blank expression, then had a look at her computer screen (very reminiscent of the little britain sketch, computer says no!),anyways i left the sour faced y.t.s cowbag and found both cds and the vinyl,i apprached a different till and when the guy serving noticed what i was buying ,he said new order -good choice! we then had a conversation lasting about ten minutes regarding wftsc and hyde park, the conflab ended suddenly when his supervisor approached and asked him if he hadnt anything to do,i said my goodbyes to my new found no mate and just as i was going out the door he shouted at the top of his voice that his boss was a bryan adams fan !

this made my day!

poetic justice me thinks!

The album version had me convinced it was crap. The radio version and the video (yes. I like it. Shoot me) convinced me it's a case of "not that bad at all, quite nice actually". And their worst single ever is Sub-culture.

2 questions: If I use the link above and then use the link to the American site, do you still get your money? And if I buy used do you still get your money?

My favourite mixes are the Richard X remix & the Arthur Baker remix.

Wasn't on sale in Tesco, Watford unlike Krafty.

The two 12 inch records i bought cost £3=99p so you got a good deal there KEVIN!:thumb: Cost me £13=99p for WAITING FOR THE SIREN'S CALL on VINYL aswell. But at least there are few less HOLES in my collection. Now if only i could get a bloody job.

I got Krafty from the same place for £2.99 as well. I paid £11.99 + £1 postage for WFTSC vinyl.

What holes do I have? Not many...

Seems to be something about us NO fans not being able to get jobs  We must be too smart for regular employers.

No, I didn't go out and buy "Jetstream" - I decided to be really subversive and buy two Limp Bizkit albums instead.

Well, you must buy on the site which was linked. If you switch, the referral is gone, but I linked both sites.

Or use the banners ;) then search.

Is the song only offered on the UK itunes store??

The fact that I absolutely loathe the Scissor Sisters gives me ever more ammunition for hating Jetstream as a song on principle. It's cack. With added cheese. :nonono: :dead:

Just so's you knows. The Jacques Lu Cont remixes on the UK CD single and 12" are the same. Both 8.19, and no discernable differences that I can pick out.

As I was sat in all day watching the FA Cup Final build up I got the missus to go out and buy mine. So I now have both CD's and the 12". So if yer reading Rocket, you have a spare minty mint 12" for your collection:thumb:

Umyx is piss easy! and my mix is far superior to any of t'others - it doesn't have enema-chronic on it or any of that J-E-T shit - and finishes on Hooky's reverb!
