Who knows when it will be available? I preordered it from Amazon.com and it should be released May 15. Are there publishing complications?

I got it last monday (9.5.) from Amazon.de (as UK Import). I don't know how the publishers in USA work... :shrug:

It's in bookshops in the UK now and has been a few weeks so shouldn't be too long getting to you.
