A neworder Cocktail

Its well known that drinking and New Order have always gone well together!

The combination of the two could be used to good effect in a bar, and of course the spirits and mixers used should obviously have some relevance to the song title the drink is based upon.

a few examples are:

BLT = Brandy Lime & Tequila

Crystal = All the clear spirits (vodka, tequila, white rum& gin) on crushed ice (made from frozen lemonade) served in a frosted glass

Ruined In A Day = Absynth, Tequila and Champagne

Vicious Streak = Frozen Vodka laced with streaks of After Shock

Young Offender = Mixed alcopops topped with whiskey dipped marshmellows

Lets see if we can compile a top 10, have a tasting session and announce a winner...

Add the twists of orange and lemon peel and serve.

oreo cookies,choc digestives for the brits. chuck em in a blender along with ice cream,lashings of vodka and baileys irish cream brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrssrrrrchhh. then add a topping of cream de menthe,and drink through a straw. to avoid hangover ,puke liberally. nice to see mick hangs out at the blob shop,ill be down on saturday ,mines an ozzie white n cider m8(half pint) im a wimp:D

GETTING AWAY WITH IT

Mojito

 2 ounces White Rum 
 1/2 ounce Lime Juice 
 1 teaspoon Sugar 
 6 whole Mint Leaf 
 2 ounces Soda Water 

Put juice and sugar into a highball glass and stir until dissolved. Rub mint leaves on inside of the glass and discard. Fill with crushed ice and rum, stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.

the relevance is that for some reason, getting away with it is some how reminiscent of a tropical setting ergo rum ergo lime. just picture sitting in some posh bar in coconut grove sipping a mojito whilst getting away with it is sounding off the dance floor.

Haha nice one. Unfortunately two of those Pro Plus pills(100mg caffeine) don't do much for me. Up it to about 4 (200mg) and then it might do something. Hmmm but is the combination of alcohol and caffeine a good one? Not sure about that.

'Way of Life' - Six pack of Pabst, 4 White Castle hamburgers, go to bed at 4am, wake up at 7am then go to work. Repeat until you die or retire.
