I can only think of two, anybody knows one else?
I remember Shaun of the Dead has an hilarious discussion about if yes or no they should use the Blue Monday 12" to thrown at zombies.
I also remember the movie Nathalie (french one) where there is a discussion about Ian Curtis who comitted suicide when the driver plays JD tracks in his car.
Obviously, 24HPP is the 3rd one, but it's too obvious.

There are a few TV series, in The Day Today it has a swinging (off a rope not dancing) skeleton saying "hi! i'm ian curtis!"
The books of Bret Easton Ellis have a few references most notably The Rules of Attraction where Your Silent Face is playing at a party and someone dances to love will tear us apart only to find its a poppy cover (probably paul young)
If Prozac Nation is faithful to the book, there is a small passage about LWTUA. There was a poster of LWTUA above the bed and I wondered why nothing happy ever happened in that bed (or something like that)
They talked about JD in an episode of Gilmore Girls(it was in response to a discussion about the new Interpol album and a character says it's more Paul Weller than Joy Division)

The poster is in the film too. I also had that LWTUA poster over my bed when I was 19 and went to uni.

In a 80´s comic about a robot called Ranxerox created by the Italians Tamburini and Liberatore. When Ranxerox is in NYC he goes to a disco. His brain is programmed for dance a Fred Astaire show, and in the disco sounds a Joy dDivision´s song. Result: an incredible violent fight (like in all his adventures)

The woman in it is on a search for some love song she once heard - hums it to peaple asking if they know it. At the end of the movie she finally works out it is "World in Motion"

Also in "American Psycho" (the book), Bateman says in a club that a song called "Love Triangle" or something is playing, an obvious reference to Barn's favorite workout anthem.
