what makes me suspicious is 'produced by trevor horn'. If he didnt produce the original track or do the remix how the hell is he involved?? Eh?! It doesnt make any sense.
I am **very** excited to hear the Richard X remix of "Bizarre Love Triangle"!!! His mix of "Jetstream" is definitive for me.

Tony, have you checked the home page? Apparently it will be a two track CD single, not the CD you're talking about... maybe you've been told about such a track list because they had a similar idea... they also thought about having Colder and Planet Funk to remix the track... well, it just looks like they changed their minds a lot of times. Anyway it's true Trevor Horn couldn't have anything to do with this single... But still I think you're honest about what you write, if it was just bollocks, just a joke, you wouldn't insist so much... but you can check your source, you'll see things have changed since you last met them... Oh, I've seen the video... mmmh, a kid looking like Barney running... right, but why is it not on Item?

Okay then, post a scan of the promo on this thread and then maybe we'll believe you...

I just ordered from Action Records - 1.99 each, no VAT and a 10% worldinmotion.net discount. Sweet! And I have a mate in Blighty that I'm getting the slipcase mailed to. 
Do yourselves all a favour and buy a turntable - its how N.O. music was designed to be listened to.

The Rich Costley Edit is the 'Radio Edit' - same as the 'Video Mix' at 3:51 (already have the promo). A neat little edit.

The CD-S, DVD and 12" have a "usually ships in 3 days" warning...
but the 7" singles have a "available for pre-order only" tag!
i ordered the said CD-s and DVS on the release day so thats 10 days ago now, and i'm still waiting. never expected to get it and was just testing to see what turned up. But two days ago i got an e-mail from HMV saying that the DVD single was on special order and i should get it?? madness

I beg to differ. But, of course, you are free to use a WAV editor and create your own, sub-four-minute radio version that improves on the Radio Edit. It includes all the key parts of the track (two verses, two choruses, instrumental and sad refrain at the end, all without a naff fade), which is more than can be said for some of the dodgy edits of early singles.

TF remix edit is the worst by far
Nevermind the format and remixes available, surely the actual song (WFTSC) is only 'average' at best. I'd have thought, 'Who's Joe?' would'ave made a much better choice for a single.
I guess something similar has already been said maybe more than once...
Just ordered 3x 7" ,CD ,DVD and 12" from HMV. Ordered the packet /wallet holder thingy from the link the other week.But had no email confirmation so dont know if it`ll come.
Tracklisting for the CD single (including timings), according to Esprit is as follows:
- Waiting For The Sirens Call - Rich Costey Mix 5:37
- Waiting For The Sirens Call - Jacknife Lee Remix 6:10
I love the Rich Costey Mix. I prefer it to the album version. It has more depth and bass than the original version. It sounds fantastic, and now I like the song more.

The edit is quite widely available on promo cd. Ebay had a few. I like the edit. It's one of their better ones.

We'll probably get the sleeves a few months after the single is released; if we're lucky...
Why didn't they just give them away over the counter?
I ordered the 7" singles and Item from hmv.co.uk and have received all of them. There was a slight delay, but that was apparently caused by HMV moving their operation to Guernsey (or was it Jersey?). The 2 track CDS is widely available in HMV stores, so I assume you will be able to get it online. Oh, and my slipcase arrived before the singles were even released...

Slipcase still a complete waste of time as the records don't fit
