The recent "hooky's gear" thread inspired me to post this. I see from Mr. Read's profile that he's a collector of analog synths, and I've uncovered a couple of bass players on here as well.
Does anyone else want to talk gear? I've got precious little New Order vinyl to induce drool, but my buddy and I have a big stack o' vintage kit from which we can make our own New Order records. 
I won't prattle on now unless anyone's interested.

Shall we even go as far as to make some New Order/Joy Div covers across the seas and the internet ? Each participant record their specific instrument part and submit it to a central point that acts as mixer/producer ?

In fact, I got up around 4 this morning to work on a cover of "Hurt" (not so tough, really, as it's the same four bars over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over). Anyone up for some Bernard karaoke? My throat's sore.
If anyone wants to swap tracks, I'm all for it (if they're Logic audio, all the better). Then we'll start neworderonline.com records and make millions.

Well I can do any JD/NO instrumental part or Curtisian vocals - can't manage to sound as flat and bad as Barney though :)
I'll be the one who has little talent and never does anything. The only thing i can do that is remotely musical is computer made music:

Well, the neworderonline.coms are going for a fresh, contemporary sound, so perhaps someone can slip some crisp, chilly twenty-dollar bills down my pants and we'll see what the mic picks up.
