The news on the front page of this site needs to be changed then, I logged on and read that it was a cover of The Undertones' Ever Fallen In Love?

undertones? buzzcocks... right? is there an undertones song named that? i am confused.

Guitar legend Jeff Beck, New Order's Peter Hook and The Futureheads will also record a cover version of The Undertones' Ever Fallen In Love as a tribute single, according to Radio 1.

Jeff Beck's biggest problem for the last 40 years has been that he's a great guitarist who needs a great song to really shine. Now he's got one. Plus some bassist bloke to cover, hmmm, mid-range? This will be interesting.

Oh,I'll be buying this album and the tribute single.The album will span the working career of Peely,featuring the likes of Pink Floyd through The Smiths,JD,New Order right up to later years with Pulp. He was the quintessential music lover right up to the end,and a loveable guy.

Actually, I think you may be referring to "Wicked Game" which has the line "and IIIII don't want to fall in love, no IIIII don't want to fall in love, with you"...which by bizarre coincidence was a song played on Juke Box Jury when Bernard was one of the judges....he quite liked the song too, but I don't think was impressed by Chris Isaak's satorial sense when he came out on the Juke Box Jury set.

Teenage Kick is boring. Ever Fallen in Love is great - and a classic.

Teenage Kicks kicks ass. Ash did a great jog covering it at Glastonbury this year.
