True Faith

For years I've been hearing two different sets of lyrics on two versions of True Faith. I've done some exploring on the net, but obviously not enough because I can't figure out why I can't get a copy of the version with alternate lyrics. Can someone clue me in?

I think the 'BBC Radio 1 Live in Concert' release has an early live rendition with different lyrics...

'they're afraid of what they see'

vs.

'they're all taking drugs with me'

????

If so; I think 'drugs' is live and 'afraid' is studio...

no, there's a version (old i think) where the chorus is either shortened or the lines are in a different order...

There is an edit of the Shep Pettibone remix which has the chorus shortened...
