I happened to read something on Channel 4's Teletext music pages, The Void, earlier and noticed this:

It would appear that members of the great unwashed are singing Love Will Tear Us Apart during Man United's home matches. The sheer incongruity of this made it fascinating. Mr Gretton would be turning in his grave as a lifelong supporter of Manchester's other club...

That's right. It's 'Giggs Will Tear You Apart'.

Worcester fans singing "Preece will tear you apart" today. Andy Preece (ex Palace, Stockport, Blackpool etc) is our player manager.

all accringtonians are still weeping about being knocked out by the worcester saucers in the last round :nono:

I think "Keane will tear you apart" is probably more apt at the moment! Well his own team at least.

That'll teach John Coleman to open his mouth......made a big mistake by running us down after the draw on the Saturday, if we ever needed an incentive that was it!

yeah i go to a few games at OT and it is usually giggs will tear you apart, it kinda knocks about the stands every game even if he isn't playing.

although i do remember a momentous occasion last season, when phil neville was having an unusally above average game, when the stretford end erupted into a "phil will tear you apart" chant after he put the ball through some guys legs. quality. :D

Phil, we miss you.......:nono:

Phil Neville never ceases to amaze me, how he has become so rich by being so shit is beyond me. He is showing at Everton that he could appear passable in a good side like United, but when having to play with lesser players like Everton he ain't got the quality to shine!

Its funny cos its true!

I rememeber there was a story doing the rounds about Phil neville after he fluked his way into the England squad i think they we're playing france. After the game they we're doing the customary shirt swap in the changing rooms, Phil sent his shirt round and it came back because no one wanted to swap with him......can't blame them, would you?

It certainly was - having just got back from the post match celebrations I'm feeling rather happy at present- at least until Charlton turn us over! NO played at most home games - and now we come out to This is the One too

It wasn't QUITE Blue Monday though as the lyrics were Gwen Stefani's "What You Waitin' For" layered straight over BM.

Typical of life at OT these days, they ALMOST get things right but let then themselves down...again.
