Whilst out in Macclesfield this weekend I spotted the new member Phil Cunningham at a night called Soundation at a club called Angels.

Its was a wicked night with a live band called Rambo & Leroy who rocked and lots of wicked dj's playing a great eclectic mix.

Have you lot seen any band mebers anywhere, or is it just around Macclesfield where they all seem to live.

How long before Phil stops being new? He's been in the band longer than Ian was!

Seen them quite a lot over the years, from Bernard at Frankley Services on the M5 to Steve at Euston Station. Paths cross, that's the way that it goes and what everyone knows!

Phil stopped being new when he forgot how to play proper "one of us one of us one of us"

Once saw HOOKY in Bury, the Saturday before Mothers Day,going into a florist.I had a copy of Round & Remix on vinyl under my arm I'd just bought from Vibes. And I just happened to have a pen.So I followed him and waited outside. Must have thought I was a stalker 'cause he must have disappeared through a "trapdoor"!

Now look at my avatar...does that look like a stalker?

met barney and johnny marr and family at a wedding in manchester, they didn't stay for the reception at night though.

It was for a guy who used to organise the underground raves in manchester back in late 80's, he now works for a pensions company!

Royser, that's tragic to see a life thrown away like that.

You aren't accidentially the Jake Evans-guy that called me nazi some months ago? Since then I'm a bit allergic to people who mention this band in their first posting.

Then why is Phil never there when they do interviews ?!

Why make him a full band member if he's never there when they do interviews.. it was a bit pathetic to see that at Later with Jools Holland.. they only brought the 3 original members to the piano.

He was in an interview on Channel 4 covering highlights of the Wireless Festival
