Steve Lurpack did a report on Arcade fire/ the montreal Music scene last night on Radio 1.

There are some great bands coming out of Canada at the moment.
Has anyone listened to "Stars" output? They were likened to New Order on their early releases (which included a cover version of the smiths this charming man) But the last album "Set Yourself on Fire" is by far their best work - thoroughly recommended

yeah, i have "set yourself on fire". great album! haven't heard the early stuff though.
Stars best track is "Elevator Love Letter." Taken from their previous album, Heart which also has a track called "Death to Death" which sounds very Technique-ey, even the lyrics.
