Firstly.....did I miss something Jem said other than her parrot sings better than Barnster?

If not, what's the dealy here. I know you lot are barkin enough to fancy him, but surely it can't affect your hearing?

the man's a genius...but he's not pavorotti....he's not even fuckin des o'connor if you are talkin technical vocal prowess.

I will tolerate this delusion only if you give me Jem's share of the pernod, she says's she very sorry and that If I swear again you should make me wash my ringpiece of a fucking mouth out....ah drat.

EDIT: holy $DEITY....the mere sound of someone half-inching her drink and the fecker logs in outa nowhere. if anyone other than Jem wants me I'll be in the coal celler.

Shite. But thanks for asking.

The good thing is that I was supposed to leave my current job (dogsbody for Debenhams) on Christmas Eve, but due to the fact that I can hardly walk at the moment (never mind do my job) my Doc has given me a sick note up until then. Therefore, I will never have to work for that shower of shite ever again. Hurrah!

It was through them that I have this bad back and I'm going to sue the buggers for millions :evil4:

Delilah, call me Sam. Samantha only gets used when I've done something very, very naughty. Ahem.

You remind me of my mate Tommy who could hear skins.

Thip Thip Thip Knock knock.

Well, I know how to find you in a crowded club now....mumble "wayawanadrinkjem" into my chest facing the wall near the sound rig. Ping, as if by magic, the boltn chick appeared.

How very true! My friends think i'm amazing. i was in a car crash on the way to a pub to watch Euro 2000 drinking a glass of wine i'd stolen from the pub. i had severe whiplash - but didn't spill a drop. Swear down.

There is so much more to singing than having a good voice, don't you know.

Checked my cupboards and realised I'm all out of Pernod. Think I gave it up when I was about 20. It's not good for you, really it isn't

18, house party, 60 odd group of kids, loud rock music

I remember someone brought out a bucket that held somewhere in the vacinity of 10 gallons of liquid mass. Each person had been instructed to procure harsh liquor, nothing fruity. We had a block of dry ice, made the bucket look like a cess pool.

I got into a contest with a few guys on who could hold the brew the best. Somewhere along the line, all three of us with constitutions in the highest realm, pushed our guts beyond the limits and.. you know when you hit that stage of "feck it, gotta beat this person, no matter what?"... we were all operating on that.

It was a good thing it was summer, and we were all on break, because we passed out for a day and a half, and no one knows who won the match. :nonono: I'm surprised no one died that weekend.

Next time ANYone hears me slag Texas, remind me of this (presonal slants against u know who not couted)

I salute you. I hope I get to attend one of your parties one day:) We used to do a simmilar thing involving Rich and Marty, 2 chums of mine, positioning themselves around all the requested hard booze donations and one or two shoice mixers (mainly as a safety net), and basically acting like research chemists for the night. Every so often a new bucket with a new name would arrive in the main room, with only the preposterous title they'd come up with (few I remember none I'm saying here, but if you find the "band names you wish existed thread"...I'm sure half of those were cocktails on one night or other)and the word "drink" offered by way of illumination. While we drank, they chatted and plotted, and listened for cheerful affirmation or the sound of the bathroom door getting a lot of work...the bucket would be withdrawn, we would have a beer and a breather...then begin again.

I already know two girls who could end up being the death of me at NOOLday. :)

Maya I think will be an awesome drinking buddy.

Jemma......hmmmmm I would try and stop Jem and I getting to the bar together...I have a vague suspiscion, that far from the sweet NOOL romance everyone wants, they'd instead get a big problem as Bolton and Bangor go on the rampage. I need little excuse or encouragement to become the most amiable version of "lout alcohol man" you'll ever meet....Jem has "Excuse" in neon letters on her forehead, and will prove all too encouraging I fear. Add that to the fact that, if my gut feeling about our interaction is right, the exact converse will also be true. that means feedback loop, and a two headed tazmanian devil for you guys to cope with. Maybe we'll hate each other up close :)

If it's the same pictures that I am thinking of, that person is a Mrs. Milky imposter. It's not the same Mrs. Milky I know.

Maybe you were talking to a body double too!!.. Maybe there are dozens of women out there claiming to be Mrs Milky... :eek3:

Aged 26 i lost my virginity to a woman of your age. I needed treatment afterwards...and I don't mean at "the clinic". Therapy would be more what was required.

I don;t think it's the female appettite that changes, it's the conviction with which you "suggest" what you might like done :)

Change you name to Sparticus or Brian of Nazereth

I suppose I could just call myself Maria.. Sparticus is OK, but Brian of Nazereth is a little on the long side.. What about just plain old Brian? (Although all I can imagine now is a snail...) and what would Milky be called... Mr Brian...
