ahhh the sound of shuffling furniture as we settle down to hear Bonzette's adventures.....much as in the manner of some 6 year olds in breathless anticipation of an end of day story from teacher.

Guys, you would not believe me if i told you! Think i'll keep this one for when we meet up (cringe)!
Tip for you though-if ever in Belfast, make sure you do the open top tour bus in the pouring rain!
Bonzette, thanks for the tourist info. The last time I was in Belfast, I got mightily drunk and came back quoting Norn Iron speak.
'Bout ye? 'Grand' 'So it is' 'Yer man..' 'Wee doll' and Steve you can correct me on this one (or any of the others for that matter) a 'wee dander'
See, I'm fluent. It's actually one of my fave accents. I love it.

It's an aspiration that will not necessarily be fulfilled

Perfect and don't forget "big doll" (which while technically scots, is still often used in these parts as a friendlier version of "fat lass")

errrr, you meant arsy? really?
MOI? never. I merely pictured us, freshfaced, attentive and eager to learn of new and wonderous deeds. (Or at least a fuckin good sexual disaster story)

I thought, possibly due to the sheer level of foulness you were able to tolerate on tat bitchy thread, you'd be in the "3 bangs" school
(Bernard arrves) Bang....Woody's drink hits the deck Bang....Woody hits Bernard Bang....The newly formed Woody-bernard gestalt mass hits the floor

Who ever mentioned Steve, for God's sake could not have said Morris clearly, I spat coffee all over myself before doing a more considered double take.
BTW sugarcane I've been meanin to sy this to you for AGES... BIG repect to the avatar (said steve, pulling out another peppermint truncheon)
Crap! MORRIS! MORRIS! Sorry to mislead you there mate. I meant no offence! I'd go for Steve MORRIS over barney anyday - if he was 30 years younger.
Whatever might occur, I can assure that there'll be no nosey photohounds shacking up outside the hotel room door waiting for me to come running out with his boxers in my hands...
and as for the interesting details of that hotel room stay, I'll leave it to remain, as ever, inside my brain where it does the least harm to the general populace. ;)

Have you any concept of what a musician's boxers are like after a gig? no! :D
Thankyou for brightening up my Monday everybody who contributed to this thread.
Can't believe someone deleted the Gillian one though. Thought we had free speech in this country. Surely it wasn't that disrespectful?

twas At least I gave all you homewreckers the OPTION of saying leave him alone cos he's a good honest married man.
the Gillian thread's options started with sexual posistions and sank from there.
I wouldn't have liked to hear any lady spoken of in that way here, or anywhere. let alone a woman who' made some of the finest music our ears have ever been graced with. The tone of the piece would have been perfect if they had discussing Jordan or errrrr that random chick who's only claim to fame is not liking jordan . i'm sure Bernard would titter at this thread, mayhaps Mrs Sumner would too, while taking notes of bitches to watch out for. (of course I'm being awfully presumptuous in such a statement....but is...prude the first word that comes to mind with Barney?) Gillian, or Steve, would NOT have so much as raised a smile at that one.
Truly, if stuff like tht was discussed, in less than total humour, about you or maya, or Sam or any of the ahem ahem cchhchgghgh cgghghghhgh ahem "llllladies" ahem on this thread...I would honestly rip them a veritable plethora of new orrifices. And the person who complainde louder than me, had more right than anyone to since he actually knows her.
From my sick bed....
I agree with Steve. Some of the options on the Gillian thread were a bit (ahem) risque. It went a bit too far. I mean, we're all having a laugh and a joke about Barney on this thread and maybe us NOOL-ettes have a bit of decorum about us (OK, we're probably all thinking about what we would like to do to him) but we wouldn't go as far as putting it down in black and white...
Would we ladies?????
