Thanks to Outoforder (cheers mate:thumb: ) i watched this again today, for the first time in years.Had it on video years and years ago but it got mashed up eventually.

Some great bits in it but some naff bits too.Forgot about that bloody font they used for the credits:laugh:

Worth having for the footage of the moors and Manchester on Thieves Like Us.

Watching it again bought back heady memories of that summer,1984 when i had just left school:)

That Pac Man game going on in the background when Barney is asking Saville questions in a cafe is still irritating though!

You haven't got it on DVD have you, I remember seeing it (we left school in the same year) but didn't record it,(i think our betamax machine was getting fixed that year!!!).

I would love to see that again, why don't they repeat these things on one of the many C4 chanels they repeat everything else.

I was always wondering which greasy spoon cafe in Manchester (if it is Manchester) it was where they filmed that section featuring Barney interviewing Peter Saville whilst chomping on his cholesterol-inducing fry up. Do any of the more informed of you know by any chance?
