It's definitely not a bootleg.
The Planet Funk 2 Tracks CDRs were supposedly 'fake' too and they came with a Warners Music Club feedback form! 
I doubt bootleggers would "bootleg" a feedback form too. You even used the information to contact the promo club yourself Nic 
To be honest from what you've told me over the months Warners don't seem to know their arse from their elbow when it comes to their promos! Half the ones they claim are fake came from their own department including the recent Electro House/Classic Mixes CDRs. I'd bet money those ones are genuine, I've compared them to every other London promo I have and the format is identical.
Plus there weren't that many of the Electro House/Classic Mixes sold on eBay. I haven't seen any in about a month.

Well, it would have to be a *very* good bootleg if it is...
And, you should know, Nic, that record companies often don't have a clue as to what they've released or have pressed up!

The one I have is pretty good - though tracks are set at slightly different levels. Enjoy it.
I bought a copy of this from Ebay several weeks ago. It's legit and the quality is perfect. I wish it was in a Slimline or jewel case but, if you buy one, you'll be pleased. You'll also want the official 2-track CD Single if you haven't gotten one already
Plus, the prices have gone down in the last month on that promo. I'm glad I waited.
