Saw this on TV briefly, scrolled the artists at the bottom included New Order, but not mentioned on the announcement. No tracks listed on the advert, had to do some Googling. Anyone heard of this mix listed here?

Sounds exactly like the DJ Dan Club Mix to me. I don't know why it's listed as Guilt Is A Useless Emotion "DJ Dan Mixshow"...

The DJ Dan Mixshow is different from the Club Mix, Nic. It's on the 9 track PRO-CDR-101687 that was doing the rounds on eBay and various online US record stores a good few months ago.
It's longer than the DJ Dan Edit you have on that ultra rare "Consumer DMD" CDR acetate but shorter than his full Club Mix.

Were there a lot of bootlegs of this flying about? I managed to get a copy from Ebay, but I still have a sneaking suspicion that it's a bootleg.

There have been dodgy Guilt bootlegs floating around the net for sure. I've regularly seen a 3 track "Samurai Silver" CD on eBay coming out of Lithuania which looked incredibly dodgy and should be avoided.
I also noticed a US store selling 2xCDRs including above CD with photocopied inserts plus an extra disc with some of the edits. At the Buy It Now price they were selling them for I doubt they were genuine. A genuine CDR acetate of the Guilt Edits would fetch quite a bit on eBay (as one did a couple of weeks ago).
Is your disc a silver pressed CD or a CDR? I got my PRO-CDR-101687 from a fairly reputable store in the US and it has all the hallmarks of being completely genuine although it is very possible some fans have ended up with cheap copies. Like James Blunt's shitty music, bootleggers are everywhere

I'd say I got what you're talking about above. It was 2 CDRs and the photocopied inlay. And like you said, very cheap. I was more interested in the songs than having the real deal. (Note this attitude applies only to a small range of CDs - I always buy official releases - I don't have much of a problem with bootlegs of promos, as they shouldn't even be for sale anyway :-). The quality of these seems fine as I haven't heard any noticeable audio degradation as a result of being dupes.
