Just heard the news on Radio 1, Kylie looks set to release "World" as her next single. Speaking exclusively to Steve Lamacq Kylie stated that she was speaking to Barney at the TOTP awards and said to Barney how "World" was one of her favourite songs EVER. Kylie got in contact with Pete Tong about the possibility of covering the song, to which the band were consulted and they agreed. Tentative date for release is June 10th (the day after Finsbury Park)

Actually, if you check the Radio 1 website it says that Kylie's favorite song is "World in Motion" and that is the song she's going to be covering. I heard that she's very excited about working with Mr. Posh because of his "unique vocal stylings".
