HELP 
My 14 year old daughter is having a party tomorrow night for her and twenty-ish of her mates round at my house. They are all into Greenday etc, rock type music but I reckon I could get the chance to play at least one New Order track to IMPRESS.
Which track do you reckon chaps n chapesses.
Blue Monday without a doubt but that s goes without saying and True Faith would go down smooth also Crystal and Primitve notion i think would do well

I can't believe you are actually going to STAY in the house!!!!!!!!! Mind you, on thinking back to my daughter's birthday party.............I think I would have preferred GreenDay to broken vases and trodden in food everywhere - including the bathroom!
Try Temptation! - it is the ONLY song mine like.
I was gonna suggest BLT since they're teenage girls, but since you say they like Greenday type music, I think something off of PCL or Low Life might be better. 
And if they don't like that, then kick their little asses out!
If my 4-and-a-half-year old is any yardstick then play "The J-E-T song Daddy".
Difficult one this. I'm trying to look beyond the usual suspects. For a bit of dance BM '88 still sounds as fresh as a daisy, or what about the Lee Combs version of Crystal, dancey with sinister intent.
But if they're into Greenday then, yes, I'll probably go for something like Primitive Notion, or even maybe Everyone Everywhere.
Regret is universally popular wit'kids.
Why don't you take a different slant to it and play some Electronic? Maybe a Get the Message, Forbidden City or even Flicker?

my 14-15 year old students liked close range when i put on a mix CD after exams (and they really liked talvin singh!).

Hell, just lock them all in a room and force 'em to listen to New Order music for a few hours..

So, Crystal and Blue Monday seem to have the most confidence with you guys....Will give it a shot and if they dont like it well at least we know where the musics at
As do Regret, True Faith, Awww F~*K It, I'll just put Best Of or Singles on repeat.....they'll either love it or they can all walk home. At least I'll be left enjoying MUSIC.
Typical 14 yr olds here are into bands like Green Day and Panic at the Disco, less Electronic/Synth and more edgy guitar stuff--unless it's mainstream Hip HOp which is hugely popular among that demographics.
So I think Regret, Love Vigilantes, and Run would be likeable, stripped down with a rebellious yet hopeful tone associated with pre-teen angst/feelings.
