The time was about 8:30'ish.. in a McDonalds off the A40

Couldnt believe my F'ing ears when i walked in to grab a quick munch on the way home and heard... RUN!!! they were playing it on Virgin Radio in McDonalds. I was most pleasantly surprised :)

Set me thinking, what slightly less obvious NO songs have you heard in popular shops, public places or restaraunts??

They just created the area code [586] to Michigan, USA.

Now I dial [586] to call people all the time, and listening to "586" as if it's my new favorite song, listening carefully.

This is spooky.

LWTUA was playing in my local the other day for the second time in a week - there's no Jukebox. Blue Monday was also on the same tape.

Like it.......never ever thought I'd want the Mags to win before, but I was almost pleased for a while on Saturday. Then that little shite Owen came along and I started humming Ruined in a Day...

I once heard Elegia at an Applebees. For those of you who don't have know what Applebees is, think TGI Fridays. I just sat in awe during the whole thing, I even asked my girlfriend not to talk. Yeah, I'm a freak. Another occasion, although it isn't precisely on topic: One time I was getting gas, and I was blasting Ceremony as I pulled up to the pump, and this totally Britney Spears looking teeny bopper type who couldn't have been more than 16 or 17 comes up and and says that she loves New Order. That was pretty fucking surreal.
