Ok so the new albums aren't as good as the ones 20 years ago were,but they're still better than say,the last one from U2 or The Cure.
Its not like they've gone completely shit,both Get Ready and last years Waiting For The Sirens' Call had not good but brilliant tracks on. They could release the next album and it have 10 songs the standard of Crystal on it.
Completely redundant? Completely relevant,more like.

I give these a spin regularly.These combined are better than any other bands stuff in the same period IMO...And Crystal is THEE best song of the millenium thus far.
Granted they have done alot of shite in the same period,but they always did.So what? It's always been a case of the tracks I like with New Order I REALLY like,but I only like,say half..Whether they are relative or not is a personal opinion.Relative to me.I play the bastards all the time at home,in the car,at work.Relative as fuck.Lucky to still have em 
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the discussion, i was a little drunk when i thought it would be a good idea to give people a chance to have a right good rant, of course i wouldnt go and see them and buy the records etc if i really meant what i said. Though i do still think the sleeves arent that great anymore and i dont say that lightly as im a big fan of Peter Saville, but at the end of the day they are only sleeves and of course its whats inside that really matters.As for the anoraks and arseholes comment, well i was just being a little cheeky, but i may have to wear a burkha at the next gig. One more thing, to the people that had a pop at my name, id feel very hurt if it wasnt for the fact that i dont care.
I agree about the sleeves (i've said it loads of times),Republic was the last great era for sleeves,Regret being the best of them.
