Ran have them displayed instore in their St Anns Arcade (Manchester) branch for all interested parties! As a side note and as a thank you to all the music fans who have bought tickets to the very worthwhile Cancer gig at the MEN (Gallaghers / Ian Brown / Paul Weller etc) scheduled for this friday.....

No, they will be real. Saville DID do some for Adidas a couple of years back, unfortunately they were crap - even i didn't bother! Pity cos they could've been so much more.

they are not on general sale yet. displayed in the window, with the green one, and some note in between about joy division. they look better on this thread. cheap looking, with the FAC10 on the heel. The Unknown pleasures thingy is in the shoe and not on the sole.

someone should buy them and wear them though. just so somebody like me can stamp on the toe, and leave a dirty mark.

i've just emailed new balance (UK) and had this reply back...

"Just got your enquiry passed through from customer service

NB has no plans to make or manufacture these
