It looks just like mine that I got when new. I'd say it is the real deal. You will not be able to play the video unless you have a laser disc player. Well we should all have that one in out Collection anyway.

Yes it is, but only bid if you're a HARDCORE fan! :laugh:

Oh, and don't watch it (without bidding on it), bid early, otherwise he "will remove the item from sale if (he) end(s) up with loads of watchers and only a few bidders"... :nuts:

Yeah, it's real - plays as a regular CD single with 'True Faith (Remix)', 'Evil Dust' and 'True Faith (Remix 7")' - the latter two tracks are exclusive to this CD, other than on some even harder to find promos. Note, it's not the actual 7" mix that the sleeve tells you it is - it's the edited Shep Pettibone remix.

You ain't a hope in hell of ever watching the video, as it's in an analogue CDV format that has never been supported by any PC drives!

It is indeedy authentic. CDVs were the same technology as laserdiscs weren't they?

Don't think Factory released many CDVs in their time; the only other two I can think of are Blue Monday 1988 and a Durutti Column one.

In fact, I've got a spare FACDV 183 I'm waiting for the right time to flog so... any offers? :smoking:
