Sorry Missy, I was wrong, I shouldn't have taken the piss in the reply to you about what the rest of the band are doing.

The short answer is that we don't know what they are doing. Phil was rumoured to be working with his old Marion colleague Jaime Harding again, and Steve is probably enjoying a quiet life without any inter-band quarrels.

My offer of getting you a signed ticket or something from Friday night was genuine, I'll see what I can do.

why on earth have you decided to apologise?! she should have taken the hint long time ago, talk about being thick skinned

Let's face it, missy banging on about how she's the self confirmed "Hooky's Biggest Fan" at every opportunity was always gonna bring a bit of ridicule! Then she threatened to "bring a complaint" against the entire website  it doesn't seem that we're the ones lacking a sense of humour.

It's always the least self-aware folk on this website who make the biggest noises about victimisation and never stop to wonder why they're having the piss taken out of them

We all know BIGINOIL is Hooky's favourite concubine anyway

Nice touch. I dont think we should make personal attacks on one another. Were all fans of the band and should be pulling in the same direction. This is a great website and surely every contribution is worthy (but please no more 1963 threads!).

I hope your apology is accepted and we can move on.:thumb:

I read the ad I am going to answer it back that I have never done anything to New Order fans all I wanted to do is give my support to Peter I did have happy memories after the dj gig I had the chance to spend time with him and chat a little with and show my collection that I had on him that I have collected over the years I am sorry too, but like I said I liked Hooky since day one and had happy memories of him that I want to hold dear to me for a very long time. He never had a problem with me meeting him after he wanted too and told the bloke working at the club. If Peter had a problem with me he would of told me there, but he didn't and he managed to sign my things for me I am a big fan of his and there is somethings I want to keep very private of my meeting. Ya this issue is hitting me really hard it's bad enough I have for years been battling depression and going in the hospital and all my life never had anything happy in my life a bad family loosing my jobs try coping with life that I had and it's not easy ya I am in tears all I ever wanted to do is give Peter the support as he isn't getting younger. I can't stand being sick all the time and 2 close calls with cancer. Missy for all of you keep supporting New Order

Honey depression is a horrible illness but a sense of humor really does help to fight it.

Is it only Ladies of The Realm that get an apology?

Nothing to apologise to you for.

How's about deleting a thread without a reason or email of explanation?

Not particularly moderate of you...

For the record, every thread that is deleted brings up a text box for the moderator to explain why the thread is being deleted. The explanation is sent out by the site, in which format I don't know, as I've never received one. Whether it says it comes from me, from NOOL or what, I don't know. Spotnick would be able to advise, no doubt.

You would have received one of these messages when the thread was deleted, explaining that the thread was one of several duplicates on the same subject. I know, as I typed the message myself.

This obviously should come to you, again whether it is as an e-mail to the e-mail address with which you are registered on the site, or as a PM to your message inbox on the site, I don't know. You may wish to check your e-mail account and spam folder.

If you want to think that this is some kind of personal attack on you, that your thread has been deleted unfairly or without sticking to the protocols of the site, then so be it. It isn't, nothing untoward has taken place.

Sorry. Not convinced (oops... that was an apology).

I received nada email and I don't see a second thread posted asking people to compare their feelings over '93 to '07.

I take it that every thread on fave / underrated / NO Cup / defining NO song et-bloody-cetera will be deleted forthwith sans the original.
