Haha, yeah there's loads...

"How does it feel when your cock grows stiff/bollocks grow large".

As oldmonkey said though the original Face Up takes some beating "I prefer fur hats to hairy twats".....And of course who can forget I've Got a Cock Like The M1!

Hardly big news, but there you go. Think we did have a thread about this before, including the full transcript of the Face Up debut, possibly the biggest outbreak of pottymouth yet known.

 Okay, that's it. I wanna see that, Tim! ASAP even!!

Here you go duck ;)

Face Up - Bradford Caesar's Palace 19/3/84

There's me and you, just we two just the two of us , Alone on our own it's always been the same I've known you since you were sixteen Between your legs I've always been

I prefer fur hats to hairy twats But your hairy twat is like a fur twat

Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you

Being like we used to be Alone on our own just the two us Now you left me all alone To survive on my very own

Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you Leaving me all on my own Just the one of me Just be me for the rest of my life

We've done all this for a few times now I like shagging you but I also think You are a fucking fat cow You've got spots

I go to someone else I know But even though I love you I can't leave you alone like I know I should You've got a brain like a piece of wood

And oh how I cannot bear the thought of you Loving you like I used to do We were always meant for each other Someone who was like my brother

Oh you're gone such a long time now

It's been such a long time now It's been such a long time now

For two long years I've seen your face It's caused me very much disgrace You look like the Elephant Man That's just talking so I can

Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you Seeing you like I used to do I never knew it would come to this It all started from the perfect kiss! The perfect kiss! The perfect kiss!

Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you, ooh

Oh how I cannot bear the thought of you Seeing you...

Or Blue Monday from PFD with Barneys rant at the lighting crew. I forget the exact term but its got the "C" word in it. Perhaps someone else can enlighten you?

During the little break in between the verses, just before the explosion sounds, Bernard yells out at one of the lighting crew to:

"Turn that light off you c*nt"

He was being blinded by the lights,

OMFG. I swear, the shit you notice when you've only been awake for 23 hours straight.

A few months back I downloaded the Warren Lapham mix of BM, and at a particular point [3:31 into the song] he said something sorta odd. I wasn't sure what he was saying at first, something about a light.

It turns out it's the very line you posted.

I can now safely say I know exactly how it feels/to treat me like a--

He's done this maybe 150 times over the last 25 years, it's not exactly uncommon.

It's one of the things which made them unpredictable in the past. You never knew if Barney especially was going to go into one in the direction of the crew, the audience or occasionally someone he just fancied having a pop at.

The Kilkenny gig is a belter. At one point he asks for requests and several people manage to find unison to shout "Everything's Gone Green" so they play it right there and then! The Curtis thing is quite unexpected too.

Never forget that Hooky can dish it out too: listening to the Liverpool Big Day Out gig from a while back and he's giving loads to one of the stewards for pushing the crowd around. Whilst I think both of them are handy verbally, I definitely fear Hooky more - the bloke looks like he means it and he swings a mean bass! I mean would you tangle with him?!:skeptic:

Ps Moot point maybe but I wonder if Gillian ever disliked Barney's use of the C word especially. I dare say she got used to it but women aren't generally keen for that word to be used publically.

I remember some very old-fashioned looks being exchanged when Barney elaborated on the nature of refreshments that would be enjoyed during the break before the encore at MEN 98.

I was pumped full of Lemsip
