At the Sydney Film Festival, next weekend.

For details, tickets etc, see http://www.sydneyfilmfestival.org/film_details.asp?id=2&fID=288

It'll probably be at the Melbourne and Brisbane festivals as well, and then wider distro by Dendy later in the year.

Cheers Dennis R

I'll have to think about it. I haven't been to Sydney for a while. Could be an idea.

Perhaps Shane could tag along.

Hey Ron or Shane....maybe u guys should come up for the premiere at Dendy Quays, right on the harbour...great views, nice cafes & countless seagulls pooh. I've ordered my tix thru the Sydney Film Fest website - $16.50 each for the Sunday matinee. The only other showing is on Sat. night before but I got friends BBQ on.

Hey Snicko, I'm based in Melbs now.

How long will it take me to kick-push up to Dendy Quays on my Peter Saville/Supreme skateboard?

I did go to Sydney and picked up the following items:

Blue Monday 12 “ Factory Australia Joy Division Closer 12” picture disc Joy Division Lost Control Bowdon Vale Youth Club 14/3/79 12 “ Joy Division Russell Club 13/6/79 12 “ Joy Division Martin Hannett’s Personal Mixes cd Joy Division Unknown Pleasures Factory Australia cd New Order Interview 2001 promo New Order 1963 1 track promo

I girl in one of the shops asked me if I was going to see the film. I answered that I'd hoped to go to the premiere and she replied that it indeed was all sold out as she couldn't go either.

Perhaps I should have asked for her phone number. ;)
