Er, 24hrs after Hooky basically said he wasn't.

Weren't the band supposed to play a gig a couple of months ago (after Hook had announced the split). He would only do it if the others agreed to call it the final gig, they weren't up for that so it never happened? Any gig now would be known to be the final gig whether called it or not. Who knows. I'm (still) keeping my fingers crossed.

This story now being touted on BBC R6 news.

The station is citing Mr Hook's hallowed 'blog' as the source of all information/divine goodness/heavenly light/spiritual salvation etc etc.
