It's an XviD encoded video with an AC3 soundtrack... kind of an unusual setup.
If you're using Quicktime on a Mac like me, you'll need to download components for those codecs (DivX and AC3).
Or you can just use VLC (Mac/Windows/BeOS/whatever...), which is really the only media player you'll ever need.
