I don't know enough about Mozart to be sure, but I'm guessing 'no' is the correct answer.
I feel sure that the words 'motivation' and 'prolific' would occur quite often in any well-considered response to this.
I think he's just a musician who knows how to blend rock influences and dance/pop influences in a well-balanced manner, and does it very well. Not all the stuff he does/did as a musician is electronic, but not all the stuff he does/did are completely acoustic, either.
I think he's capable of making a really great rock style track, and really great dance/pop influenced tracks, as well as tracks that combine both sensibilities as well.

I've often sat pondering the very same. Try listening to his Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor, it's very much the early version of The Perfect Kiss. Symphony Number 40 is like listening to a remix of Bizarre Love Triangle and The slow introduction to the "Dissonant" Quartet (string quartet 19) reminds me so much of Sunrise.

I can't see anyone here actually sitting there and listening to and pondering Mozart concertos.
