I got this through the post today only viewed disc one so far.
Full concert with interviews in between every few songs.
But dont worry they don't talk over the top of anything.
The bonus disc is the same concert on CD, minus a few songs that are on the DVD.
mine arrived as well
no tracklisting on the cd, but printed label on it says new order live in glasgow - cd
cd is 12 tracks, i tunes doesn't pick up the track listing & not listened to it yet, but dvd has 18 tracks

Please let us know what the video quality is on the older material on disc 2 please. I only have some of this stuff on an old bootleg VHS - so I am hoping this will be an upgrade.

Mine was delivered Saturday. The extra cd is indeed the audio of the Glasgow gig. I doubt I'll ever play it: I'd much prefer an unfettered audience recording any day.
Saville had nothing to do with the cover then? It shows. Really makes you appreciate the ones where he was.

It's a bit of a bum-clench when Barney's autocue isn't working at the 2005 Hyde Park Wireless festival. His mumble through the words to 'Run Wild' is... well... embarassing.
He doesn't look bothered though.
If that happened to most people they'd be DYING. He just shrugs it off.
Kudos, of sorts, I suppose 
Straight from Technique to WFTSC though. Shame not to have anything between?

The hyde park gig is hillarious, especially during blue monday. The robot voice is like 3 sentences behind him...oh dear it was quite comical.

Just watching it now.Great to see that Glastonbury 81 footage for the first time especially the stuff before the songs (Wilson's footage is it or something?). 1963 from Toronto 89 is superb although Barney appears to still be "singing" towards the end when his lips aren't moving .
A few songs into the Glasgow disc now.The interview snippets between some songs i don't mind, which is surprising.

much of this dvd seems to have been filmed from the second night despite the introduction near the start where hooky thanks the guy for fixing his back...
you can generally tell which night each song is from depending on whether hooky can move or not !
Barney is spot on in one of the interview snips when he talks about certain songs that never really worked live , naming Run as a prime example.Have to agree with him on that one.Never done it for me live that song which is a shame as it's a fantastic tune.

I thought the exact same thing since I ripped the DVD audio track to my iPod until I realised that's got to be Barney singing along to the studio version on playback. First time I heard it I thought "That's a really superb vocal on that 1963, easily rivals the studio version" but it ruddy well is the studio version

Ironically, the sound quality on the Technique songs is a good deal worse than the even earlier mid-80s performances; what's that all about? Minor point though, good to see some footage rather than none at all.
The rest of the second DVD is sooperb though 
This Time Of Night is a clear highlight "All pleasure and fuck all to gain!".
Credit where credit's due... and hats off to the band management / Warners for producing clearly the best NO live DVD of the bunch. Even the way the Glasgow footage is shot and recorded is light years ahead of what we we've been given in the past... top notch and I imagine the fanbase will be universally chuffed with the overall package.
Third time lucky with the live DVDs then

Was thinking that while watching it tonight. What Hooky said,we already knew..Barney prefers studio,Hooky prefers touring. But what a contrast between this gig and Finsbury Park. Hooky and Barney barely acknowledge each other. A bloody shame.
Is it really that significant?? They were all interviewed separately for "Academy" and that's when they were still supposed to 'like' each other.....

Yeah, it really is a positive step in the right direction - but 1963? I was really looking forward to hearing this 'live' version, and what do we get - this fucking weird performance. Was he miming on the night, or has it been dicked around for this DVD??
Other than that - fucking great - love the Glastonbury 81 footage - it looked like a real festival back then - and no snotty Henry's spending Daddy's trust fund and pissing everyone off.
