I just got myself an account on Dimeadozen where loads of old (bootleg) concerts of NO can be found. But i don't know where to begin! I do have some concerts from the area 1989 to 2006 but not much from earlier on.
Can some u peeps point out some great gigs from the earlier period which i should get my hands on for sure?

Royal Festival Hall 84, Paradiso 84, Studio 54 Barcelone 84, Glasgow Barrowlands 85, Rotters Doncaster 85, Melbourne Powerhouse 85, Hacienda & London Poly December 85, Oxford Apollo 86, Birmingham Tower Ballroom 86, Palace Hollywood 86, Warrington 86.
Couple of soundboards in there, plus a various mix of great live gigs, plenty of banter (Birmingham 86) and the odd rarity in there like Skullcrusher, Decades and other JD songs when they were hardly performed.

Just keep trying Continuously dime will then close any inactive accounts and let you set one up. It eventually worked for me after my third time!

Took me a couple of weeks to sign on. Just don't get too greedy and grab everything at first, especially on shows where you're the only leecher, and find your share ratio way too low.
It's not on dime now, but I rather like the Oakland 85 show, good sound, Barney and Hooky annoyed with a lethargic crowd, plus Sister Ray as an encore. I'd say that about this show even if I wasn't there.
I like Brighton centre 1986. It was my first New Order gig. Slough December 1985 is great, includes She's Lost control. Also try a prohram called soulseek for lossy New Order concerts.
Hammersmith Palais 85' top notch gig....Oxford Apollo 86'....crazy ass gig.....Finsbury Park 87'..blow-up jonny...get back..stop pushing gig !! Reading festival 89'..slagging off the Mission...!! Funny how i remember all these live shows as i was assholed @ each one of them....in style i might add.
