Those links are all very well for people living in North America but no use to people living in the rest of the world as they will have to pay high import duty fees. I would like to know if there is anywhere in the UK you can actually buy these fixed versions. Considering they are are a British band makes this even more of a bad joke.

Indeed - I had to get my replacement CD's sent from America too...

I can confirm that the corrected versions DO NOT have the clear plastic "Collectors Edition" slipcase. Bought Movement and PC&L last night at Silver Platters (retail record store in Seattle), and they were the corrected versions. I also noticed on a sticker on the front a item number differed between versions with and without the slipcase.

I've resisted buying the remasters locally for the same reasons, I don't wanna buy the old crappy original remasters either.

So any info on an Aussie supply is more than welcome.

Bought some new headphones and tested them out with The Beach remastered on Spotify, It's a bit different. The bass sequencer keeps coming in at random places elsewhere than the original and the track fades out instead of ending like it begins. Also on Murder was surprised to hear Bernard say 1234 before the start which isn't included on the original.Exciting times eh?
