Manchester Ritz? They're not setting their heights high. How many does the Ritz hold, 2,000?

Well, to be fair, apart from the likes of us - nobody will have heard of them!

Quite right. So why play gigs so soon? You'd think they've leave it until the album's been released and digested by the public.

with this website so slow nowadays compared to 2001, 2005, do we really still need separate forums for talking about Bernard Sumner?

I definitely agree with you there. I would prefer to hear the album first (although I'll still go to the gigs regardless).

I'd say it's worth sticking a tenner on said gig not selling out. If you're lucky enough be acquainted with a bookie who knows not his arse from his elbow, obviously.

I'm aff tae the Algarve the week after and funds and spare days holidays are extremely limited.

Mid week gigs in October. Wank.

Nearly as bad as a weekday.... In Paris.... In November.

Ach well, hopefully this willnae be a short lived set of gigs a la Electronic, hopefully there will be a proper tour to catch them on.
