First reports not good, apparently there's a real lack of anything from the crowd, the band are ok but not a lot of movement. Gotta feeling Rocket will not be thrown out for agressive dancing tonight

EDIT : Out Of Control has woke them up a bit.

EDIT : Temptation has picked the crowd up.

:thumb:

EDIT : Rocket is loving the mosh pit.

1-0

EDIT : This is from earlier, yer main man from Elbow is now an honorary Viking. Pics to follow :shades:

Enjoyed the gig

Bad Lieutenant's tunes sound loads better live, Twist of Fate was the highlight. The atmosphere really picked up though for the second half of the show.

Tighten Up and Out of Control straight into Temptation was cool. Crystal was good, all in all a bit weird seeing someone else up there though understandably

The acoustic BLT is nice I think but prefer the normal version, and Transmission/LWTUA got everybody rocking after the audience had been a bit static.

The sound was really good. Great to see some of the old New Order crew again like Andy Liddle and Roger, and gotta say merci beaucoup to David Sultan for sorting out my tickets sorry I couldn't find you at the end mate. :thumb: Good to speak to some people on here too cheers for the new badge Jarvo.

Would definitely go and see them again, the sound was really good. Sorry i forget to mention THE HAC MUST BE reBUILT.Cheers NEIL:D

Couldn't even GIVE DIGGY MIKES ticket away.Still got it with STUB.  I'll give it a dust and frame it.

Still BETTER than NEW ORDER. :hat:

Had a good chat in the pub with Verysmallboy who posts here.He went to the same school as Barney and Hooky as he has mentioned here previously. Good to see Dave LEGGY D and his missus.Respect to AL for banter and badges.Hibster was on top form as per usual.Geri,Julie and Rosie were a pleasure to meet again.Wino and daughter joined the happy throng.I must admit that seeing Norbert (GERMAN ORDER) dance with the GERMAN band in the pub was MANIC.Due to restrained drinking before the gig i managed to chat to several other regulars here e.g PHD BansheeMan(loon ball-haha) Monty (his description of his childs antics had me in fits!) Biginoil was let loose with a FALSE severed ARM and was rather rude.Whatever tickles your fancy. But once again thanks again to all those that tolerated me.Pity Diggy couldn't make it and sorry that quite a few of the old gang who went to Brighton and London didn't make it. Regards Rocket Mick:thumb: Ps again i cannot remember the name of the guy whom i have met several times (last time was 2005 APOLLo) who posts here That bloody German band was loud.So if you know who YOU are..:thumb: and you can call me TED not Shed!

I Don't recall it.Al mentioned they had dropped it.We both thought the BL set was "a bit shit" but eventually the old stuff made amends.Had to spend some time down front picking Rosie up off the floor.Behave NORBERT! Perfect Kiss was good...not on setlist though.I just sang it to myself on the lonely train ride home.

Couldn't hear all the banter between songs but Barney seemed well pleased with the group.I didn't really know their new stuff that well since only owning it for ten days. The sound was ok and lights alright.I could barely make out STE until i got right down to front. Is this my eyesight failing /old age or just the stage set up? One or two mentioned that HOOKY was not missed.Obviously a different group and time to move on.I just hope HOOKY plays some gigs soon as i think it will be well received. As for them playing together as NEW ORDER only time will tell.Doubts EVEN here.If they do i'll get a job..

I can confirm roger does not play keyboards

2 reasons, 1 is that barney telling him to adjust the levels kind of shows he was just doing the sound & 2 I asked him & he said no, it was just a tiny stage in that London

If he looks a bit like ROSS BRAWNS scruffy brother he was at the right hand side of the stage.I watched him for several minutes just before leaving.Managed to stay to the very end and caught train with a minute to spare.Glad it was so near to OXFORD ROAD. Ps i also mixed up Verysmallboy and Littleboylost.Apologies

Oh yeah & a very small boy was there who also went to school with them, who I confused with little boy lost, soz about that! (though I did spot a mcnabb t shirt, presumablythat was little boy lost)
