Great musician and a great song. I still remember the first day I listened to this song on DM The Singles cd my mother (God rest her soul) gave me as birthday's gift in 1990. Think DM was a great band till Violator

Agreed, I love them as much as NO. Have to say that they were perfect until Wilder left. Songs of Faith.. is my favourite album. I struggled to put sole devotion on NO or DM in those days. Too many gigs, too many songs by both bands.

As a New Order follower, I was always against Depeche Mode and discussing their music here on NOOL. However, I do remember the quote from a Violator review: Imagine New Order playing Muddy Watters.
