Is there going to be a physical release at some point, or will it be download-only?
Anybody having trouble with the download?? I keep getting 'compressed file is corrupt / invalid' .... It's driving me nuts!

Bought it a few hours ago with no "store issues" and on first few listens it sounds promising. I always thought the eventual release of this LP would coincide with the four horsemen of the apocalypse wreaking havoc across the Earth but it seems to be a sunny day 
First track is very NO/Charlatans with oodles of Hooky bass... I'll probably have it on heavy rotation for a week or so before forming opinions.
On very first listen I like 'Not too Late' and 'Secrets and Lies'. Think I prefer it initially over the EP.
Be nice to have a physical release and I'd buy it but I don't know why. I get a CD, put it on the iPod and then never touch it again.

First song sounds a bit like a mix between Love Vigilantes and The Wedding Present 
What is the quality of the mp3 version of the album? I might consider it - if it is 320Kbps (but certainly not £7.99 for 192kbps). I really would prefer a CD....

It's 320 Kbps, and sounds great.
It's not bad, "Not Too Late", "Kill Switch" and "She Said" are stand outs to me so far. They're pretty good. Most of the songs are mid paced guitar driven numbers so it's got that in common with the Bad Loot record. The much maligned "Stalingrad" makes a reappearance but seems to have been remixed and polished up a bit.
Still listening so don't want to make any final opinions... there's probably a few growers in there.
For those of you expecting any electronic tracks, there aren't any; it's a "band" record.
With the amount of New Ordery bass on it it's probably a must-buy for hardcore Hooky fans.

Cheers,sounds good,Stalingrad was underwhelming but the Tim Burgess track from the E.P. was more encouraging,so,will download it maybe tomorrow.

A CD release would be good. The 320 kbps MP3s do me fine as that's what I convert every CD I buy into anyway but it would be nice to have the option of having the Freebass stuff in full audiophile quality.
I think the best thing to do would be to do one collectors edition on CD that contains the album plus EP and some extra remixes or tracks that are only available on the physical copy (maybe the rejected songs that are on the myspace site) and the full artwork. Just a thought.
