But in Canada, the MOLSON DRY beer tv ad with Bizarre Love Triangle has kep playing and playing throughout the summer!
I think Barney should be in all those "10-10-220" commercials with Alf. Something tells me that's comedic gold...
Alf: "Did you know you can save up to 5 cents a minute dialing 10-10-220?"
Barney: "Fuck off, hairball!"
Think of the royalties.....

Have you not heard of polite society?
Can remember the Blue Monday advert, can't remember the other one though.
Another point, not a million miles away from this subject, would be the amount of times New Order are used for incidental music in TV shows, even the theme tunes to others....Making Out used Vanishing Point, Best & Marsh used the song of the same name, Reportage used Stephen & Gillians instru's (some actually became songs of theirs) Football Focus uses New Order a lot, they have popped up in Casualty, Eastenders, Coronation Street, and years ago YSF was always used as the background music to the Athletics......where else have you seen / heard of the band?
