Ha! Hopefully it should feature on not next Tuesday's edition of THE MONTY SHOW 94.4FM and www.salfordcityradio.org (anywhere in da world),but Tuesday 26th October. I'm interviewing him just before his book signing at WH SMITHS in Trafford Centre,Manchester. Only got about 15 minutes with him,but I'll ask him the million lira question that's on everybody's lips.......

The interview went even better than I imagined.Don't want to give too much away,we talked about the book,his views on his hometown Salford,Joy Division and New Order.Interesting revelation...I asked him about the possiblity of a one-off New Order gig,in the wake of the likes of THE SMITHS and THE COCTEAU TWINS being offered a shitload of money to reform and do COACHELLA,he replied......

Looking forward to it. I went to the book signing last night at the Trafford Centre. He was on very good form. They nearly ran out of copies of the book. Got him to sign my Slave CD single by Revenge. I said there's a blast from the past for ya! He said it was nice to sign something a bit different and even more personal to him.
Shaping up to be a great show.Alex (Big Clive)recorded the interview and is currently producing it,with a great soundtrack of Hooky-related tunes!
