There was me saying he was a good singer and he uses a vocoder to disguise his voice all the way through. Completely slowed down version and new lyrics added.
Definitely not my cup of tea, but I'm sure birds will like it.

I'm sorry but that's fucking terrible. Take away the vocoder and it may have been passable but talk about overuse of a studio production effect.

Well I am disappointed. There are signs of a great cover version here but the vocals spoil it. It's 'Older' era in style but why distort the vocals? Shame.

Anybody who seriously expected something special from Yog - this late in the day - is surely as naive and misguided as they come and fully deserving of what they got in return.

George cleverly managed to distract his fans with mention of a world tour and new album.
Well, certainly not the worst cover version I've heard, but probably not the best either. I don't mind the arrangement/sound, but the vocoder effect on his voice is not my cup of tea. I like how the tempo is rather slow (I never really expected his version to be a fast dance song), but the vocals....
