A Japanese website, linked to one of the large labels, has a few new tracks to stream. In the past they've had other New Order stuff and had the Reader Bad Lieutenant remixes months before the actual release, all genuine. In addition to Hellbent they have, what they say, is Sugarcane. Musically it sounds like N.O, but the vocals don't sound like Bernard at all. Here is what they say (translated from Japanese) and a link..

NEW ORDER last album 'Waiting for the Sirens' Call' had seven unreleased songs, this was recorded in the same sessions. (perhaps incomplete) 'WFTSC' unreleased song in this session "Sugarcane" Compilation released in June 2011 'Total' featuring "Hellbent".

It's the Bridge with their long awaited follow up to 'Love Dance'.

I don't think it's new order at all, vocal is certainly not Bernard and the music is prety bland for NO.

There's a thread about this on here elsewhere, I will try and dig it up, it turned out to be a hoax I think.

Sounds a bit like Bernard. Perhaps a rough demo.

That's very, very obviously not new order

Nothing new here. It's an hoax, obviously. Although, when it comes to ripping-off the Order, these guys (whoever they are...) are pretty good at it!

The vocals got a whiney nasal American slant. Definitely not Bernard.

Sounds like Goth wannabees.

Assuming this is a New Order fake-song...it reminds me of an incident about 10 years ago...some bootleggers were making a bootlegged version of DM's Exciter album, and put a song on it. But, it wasn't DM---it was just a cheap sound-a-like band that the bootleggers thought was DM.
