Does a proper instrumental version of this song exist anywhere? Hoping to avoid the cheesy invert audio channel method. Want to use the music as the backing for a slideshow I'm working on.

Not sure but you could probably do your own instrumental mix using a free audio editor programme like Kristal or Audacity.
Just upload a wav version of YSF.cut and delete the verse vocals and cut n paste the instumental part of verse in the gaps.

Yeah, was thinking of that also, but there is a nice synth progression that happens only in the verses, where it goes "a search that shall remain." Don't want to lose that.
Sorry dont know then mate. couldnt you play that part yourself on a keyboard and blend it in??
