Does anyone know if there are any plans to release ANY of the J.D./Older N.O. stuff on region one encoded DVD? I used to have "Here are the young men" and "Live at the Ukranian National Home" on VHS, but I have no idea where they are now and I'd really like to buy 'em on DVD.

With all the horrible crap out there on music DVD, it really strikes me as odd that there isn't more (hardly any) of there stuff available. Even from a strictly marketing perspective, "24 Hour Party People" is STILL selling out on the weekends here in NYC more than a month after it opened. Whoever owns this stuff should strike while the iron's hot, make some money and do us all a favor.

Yo tiene bitchos en me culo,

Double T

Sorry to bug you, but do you have a link for 3.16? I did a google search, but can't come up with anything that makes sense.

TIA,

Tony

Of course it's not playable on U.S. DVD players.

Of course cracking DVD's is impossible.

Well, the reasons for buying an "all regions" DVD player keep growing. Kim's Underground in NYC sell 'em for $200. If "Here are the young men" was out in europe, that would probably clinch it.

Look, he said he was 18. Besides, they couldn't prove anything in court.

Welcome to the sandbox, T2.

TT Double-T in the zone ... your profile indicates a high musical IQ. A long standing Order fan able to separate out the choice cut from so many tasty vege-sausages is a remarkable achievement.

Superfluous.

If so, he was a very youthful father.

This did not release on region one though - have to unlock region codes on your US DVD player first - either through your remote or by chipping it.
