Who can I email to get the set? Also, how much in US dollars? How many CD's is it? Also, from the sounds of it, all the songs are in MP3 form right?

Well, I did spend 6 months building them... vol 1, 2 & 3 are my creation, I stopped doing it when there were rumours about Recycle in 1998 for obvious reasons, the goal of the Anthology was to put all unavailable New Order tracks on CD...
It's worth buying it, at least 1 to 4.. as for the rest, it's very repetitive, since it's mostly the same setlist, but in different places, you better like it!
Yeah, and then we somehow managed to make the VIDEOLOGIES. That was something.
10 CD-Rs filled with every available New Order video, official or promo, television appearances, concerts bootleg recordings, etc....

So, how much in US $ for all 10 disks? What bitrate are they 128kps, 96? Did you make any art for them? How about track listings? Someone mentioned that there are a tom of live shows, are the shows complete? Do the live shows cover all of NO 1980 - present? I am really interested in all 10 disks. I would really like more info on them. Maybe you could email me the songs lists and price info?
I don't know how much Lars is asking for these days, but in my time, a CDR was still 15$ and I didn't have a burner, so they were kind of expensive to do.. plus I did a massive artwork (actually N21 did a massive artwork), but it was a lot better in terms of artwork for the Videologies, it was all printed with Laser color printers, and there were metalic stickers on them...

Note that for the first two, these aren't the exact artwork, I somehow managed to lose them in the years (in electronic format), but I have all 10 videologies artwork)
The files are in 128 kbps which was "the" bitrate in 1997.. it was a collective project from many people over the Ceremony Mailing List, people sent me tapes and everything from all over the world, which is how I got all this material to put on NewOrderOnline as well...
I stopped in 1998 because it was time to move on, and the idea was to put unavailable recordings only, the Recycle project was about to compromise that, so I stopped.. Lars asked me to take over, and he's been going on since then..
Yes, the final 7 disks are quite complete in terms of live shows, until 2001, it's very a complete collection, honestly, I didn't pay for those, I wouldn't have paid for those either, I'm not so much of a fan of audience recordings, there are a few soundboards, but not so many...
Have any of you bootleggers ever been done for breaking copyrights?
Obviously not.
Personally I find bootlegs of gigs a waste of money, Ive bought a few and theyre utter shite, esp the old trafford double cd, meant to be sound desk quality, sounds like someone recording with the mike in their back pocket. I would`nt give you a cent for any anthology, make good beer mats though.
It depends, the New Order Anthology 1 to 3 are different, they are a collection done by a group of people (on the Ceremony Mailing List) for the benifit of the same group of people.
We didn't go selling those elsewhere, and they weren't meant to make money, it was a non-profit thing, but people were paying for the package and the time for the guy who was burning them (at the time, in 1997, that was quite a job!)

So Spotnick, can I get a complete of the video and song anthologies with the artwork? If not, do you have the email address of the person I could get them from? I am really serious about getting them. It would be awesome to get both collections! I love live shows. I understand not all of them sound good, but in the absense of other options, they sound pretty good to me. If people don't think they want the anthologies (and want to just complain about them) I am pretty sure that they can find another thread that meets their interests.
